That's a Wrap!
(a message from our Coordinator)
(posted 12/12/02)
Once again DC Front Runners came together in the festive spirit of the season to eat, drink and be ever so merry!
On Sunday, December 8th, over 140 DC Front Runners, loved ones and friends gathered at our adored All Souls Church to kick off the Holiday season.
As always, we were treated to a wide array of culinary delights made by our own running chefs.
Though the food line was long at times, it was given it's own source of entertainment thanks to Jerry Hadsell who provided us with a grand video display of club photos from the 2002 DCFR season.
We also thank Myra and Alcia (HB Productions) who kept the evening's activities in motion with their DJ talents.
A personal note of thanks to those adorable elves who arrived early and stayed late to help make the party simply great!!
Hanging lights, getting ice, setting tables, serving food and cleaning dishes, tables and more - such efforts deserve an award.
And most of all to everyone who came, who ate and chatted, danced and sang - thanks for sharing in the joy of the season with us all!
Wishing everyone the merriest of holidays and a happy new year!
