Meet Matt Yandrick

Why did you join the DC Front Runners? When I moved into the District, I wanted to improve my distance running by finding a running club. DC Front Runners happened to show up first on a search list. Being an LGBTQ+ group was definitely an added bonus! I love exploring new routes in the DC-MD-VA area.

Why is the DC Front Runners important to you? DC Front Runners is important to me because it promotes fitness and has great social and volunteer opportunities in the area. Some of my favorites so far include the happy hours, Memorial Grove tree planting, Zoo Lights, holiday runs, race water stops, track program, and Spring Fling.
