Meet Brad Miller

Why did you join the DC Front Runners? After finishing graduate school, I wanted to make a conscious effort to exercise more consistently. I attended Capital Pride in Summer 2017 and visited the DC Front Runners booth. Because I still had my student ID, membership was only $5. I figured it wasn’t much to lose if I didn’t end up going to the runs. I started attending the Saturday morning runs and was hooked.

Why is the DC Front Runners important to you? I have never considered myself an “athletic” person, so I am very grateful to have found a form of exercise that I actually enjoy. It has been fantastic getting to meet so many new people who have the shared interest of running. I am so thankful for the friendships that I have made through this group.
